Join us on Saturday for a free guided eel riverbank walk from 10:00 – 12:00 at Fobney Island Nature Reserve, Reading.
This walk will be a gentle stroll by a lovely stretch of the River Kennet along beautiful riverbanks, where we will see a range of wildlife and habitats. You will also learn all about the European eel’s incredible life cycle and migration, as well as the importance of the River Kennet to the survival of eels.

The walk will last approximately 2 hrs and is a perfect opportunity to get closer to nature and discover more about your local rivers.
