Do you have time to commit to being part of a trained volunteer team surveying the River Pang for the presence of water voles?
We will be arranging a series of dates between April - September 2023 for ARK led vole surveying days on the River Pang.
Surveying is usually a full day activity and involves searching for field signs of water voles and logging signs on maps. This is usually done from within the water channel.
If this sounds like something you'd like to be involved in please email anna@riverkennet.org to book your place on our Water Vole Surveying Training Day, which will be held on Tuesday 11th April 9.30am - 4pm.
Training will take place on the Kennet, in the village of Mildenhall (known locally as Minal).
