Autumn River Walk 2010

On Sunday 26 September 201 over sixty walkers and six dogs joined us for a lovely walk upstream from Manor Farm, West Overton to the dry Swallowhead Springs.

The river is at the lowest its been for several years and the only water was to be found in the trout refuge, which was created as part of the habitat restoration at Manor Farm last year.

Sales of tea and cake raised over 100 pounds. Thank you to everyone who made the day so successful.
